This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is available to rent. Situated in a large complex with its own semi private pool the apartment has lots to offer.

The apartment comprises of two bedrooms (one double and one twin) which both include built-in wardrobes, beds and bed side tables giving a maximum occupancy of four. On a clear day in the winter months the snow capped mountains of Sierra Nevada can be seen in the distance from the balcony which hosts the popular and most southerly European ski resort. The bathroom comprises bath, shower, bidet and wash hand basin and finished to a high standard with quality marble tiles.

There is a spacious living room with double patio doors leading to the private balcony, overlooking the gardens, private swimming pool, facing the Mediterranean sea. The living room is complete with 2 and 3 seater sofas, side tables, 26" LCD television and DVD player. The living room includes a dining area with table and 4 chairs. The apartment has plenty of parking spaces inside a security gate. There is also a 24 hour security presence.

Adjoining the lounge is the kitchen with all crockery and utensils, fridge freezer, oven, hob, extractor, washing machine and plenty of cupboard space. We have also provided an iron and iron board, towels, linen, coat hangers, etc.

The facilities available at Velas Blancas are second to none. Along with your pool you also have unlimited access to private tennis courts within the complex and a childrens play area is being planned.

The apartment is south facing allowing you maximize the afternoon sun from the private balcony. The balcony overlooks the gardens and private swimming pool and also face towards the beach which is a 2 minute drive away. Located close to the the beach is the town centre and marina with lots of bars and restaurants.
